The Romy is a versatile trail and all-mountain MTB tire designed for riders who want one tire that "just works" in nearly every situation. Romy combines low weight with balanced riding characteristics while remaining aggressive enough for demanding trails. It delivers confident performance both uphill and downhill and is suitable for use on the front or rear wheel, on trail bikes or light-assist e-MTBs, making it a true do-everything option for fun-focused riders.
  • Radial carcass tires offer approximately 30% more contact area than conventional tires at the same air pressure. Even if the air pressure is increased by 50%, the contact area is still 15% larger
  • The carcass material overlaps for a shorter time and with less tension. As a result, the tire deforms more selectively and can react much more flexibly and adaptably to unevenness without sacrificing control
  • The increased contact area and the more flexible response behavior provide significantly more grip, more damping, more control and more comfort
